Recession: Senate begins debate to find solutions

Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu and Senator Dino Melaye, advised President Muhammadu Buhari to reshuffle his cabinet by either sacking incompetent ministers or moving them to other ministries where they could perform better.

While Ekweremadu urged the President to move the Ministers of Finance, Kemi Adeosun and Budget and planning, Udoma Udo Udoma to other ministries where they could be more productive, Senator Melaye called for an out right sack.

According to the deputy senate president, Nigerians must always be given a message of hope by those in government.
