Hannover striker Noah Joel Bazee has been cleared by world football governing body FIFA to represent Nigeria at international level.

Fifa stated that “Any person holding a permanent nationality that is not dependent on residence in a certain Country is eligible to play for the representative teams of the Association of that Country.

Joel Bazee has no caps for Germany at any level, and so can represent Nigeria in international games once he obtains a Nigerian passport.

The German-born wonder-kid is now expected to feature for the Super eagles against Senegal and Burkina Faso this month.
