Lagos and Kano State Governments have joined hands to improve trade, commerce as well as other internally generated revenue driven economical activities.
TVC News Kano Correspondent Ibrahim Isah reports that the states are working towards maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship.
The partnership was made known to newsmen when a delegation from the Lagos State Government comprising of the Secretary to the state Government and commissioners visited Kano State.
They are in Kano State for talks on how to improve economic activities of the two states.
The visitors paid visits to various locations to see the developmental projects embarked upon by the Ganduje government.
The Lagos delegation inspected KASCO Fertiliser Factory as well the Kano Independent Power Plant Project site where work is ongoing to provide Kano with about 25 Megawatts of electricity.
The officials expressed delight at the development.
Lagos and Kano states are determined to work together to create more means of revenue generation and ultimately achieve economic development.
