In the more than seventy page report, entitled, ‘Health in decline: Human Rights impacts of corruption in Nigeria Health Sector,’ SERAP revealed that an additional three hundred and eighty million euro, six hundred million dollars was also contributed by foreign partners to the sector.
They say with this revelation, the APC led government has no alternative than to investigate the health sector.
