Wives of Senior military officers have rolled out a programme to engage barrack youth in various skills.
From phone repair to soap making, the Wife of the Chief of Defence Staff says engaging the youth productively will help curb the incidence of crime, and generally improve security in and around the barracks.
The first batch of participants were given tools for their trade.
