The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,has arraigned the Pro Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe.
The former Minister of Works was docked alongside the Vice Chancellor and Bursar of the Institution, Professor Olusola Oyewole and Moses Ilesanmi respectively.
The trio were arraigned before an Abeokuta High Court on 18 count charge bothering on stealing and fraudulent conversion of the University’s property.
They pleaded not guilty to the charges.
While delivering his ruling on the bail application, the judge granted Ogunlewe and Oyewole bail in the sum of 50 million Naira with two sureties.
One of whom must have a house within the jurisdiction of the court.
The second must not be below a level 15 officer in the state civil service.
The court also ruled that Ilesanmi should be remanded in EFCC Custody until Monday when his bail application would be treated.
