The federal government has amended the charges filed against Justice Sylvester Ngwuta of the Supreme Court.
A copy of the amended charge revealed that the offences allegedly committed by the judge have been increased from six to 15.
Government also said it would tender in court the monies allegedly recovered from him when his house was raided on October 9.
In the new charge, Justice Ngwuta is accused of violating various sections of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2012 (as amended) including Section 15 (2) (d).
