Nigerian and African table tennis fans who would love to see Aruna Quadri win the ITTF Star Awards for the second time have until this Sunday to vote for him.
The ITTF opened a window for fans around the world to vote in the selection in this years outstanding performance awards in the sport.
Quadri is nominated along with Chinese world number one, Ma Long and number two, Fan Zhendong, as well as Japan’s Jun Mizutani.
The Nigerian became the first African to reach the quarter final of the men’s singles of the table tennis event of the Olympic Games in Rio 2016.
If he wins the award Quadri will also be bagging it for the second time after winning it in 2014.
Voting ends on Sunday, the 13th of this month.
