The trial of the suspended Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, over alleged corruption has been stalled.
Although, Justice Ngwuta was present at the Federal High court in Abuja , his counsel pleaded for more time to put his arguments together.
In a short ruling, the trial judge, Justice John Tsoho, held that the the defendant is entitled to ask for an adjournment and consequently move the trial to January the 18th, 2017 for trial.
