The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has denied any romance between the commission and the All Progressives Congress (APC), in the just concluded governorship election in Ondo State.
The state Resident Electoral Commissioner, Mr. Segun Agbaje disclosed this yesterday in Akure during the presentation of Certificate of Return to the Governor-elect Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN.
Agbaje described the allegation not only untrue, but highly embarrassing.

According to the REC, the only thing Barrister Eyitayo Jegede requested for which the Commission could not grant was the issue of postponing the election.
