A serving Commissioner in the Kano State Ministry for Land and Physical Planning, Faruk Bibi Faruk, Permanent Secretary, Mahmud Bello and a Director in the ministry, Ahmad Ibrahim have been arraigned before a state High Court over alleged 5.9 Million naira Land Scam.
The trio were arraigned on a three count charge bordering on conspiracy and criminal breach of trust.
Prosecution Counsel, Barrister Rabi Ibrahim told the court that the accused issued two Occupancy Permit with fictitious names.
Counsel to the first accused person, Akinlolu Kehinde filed bail applications for his client and access to the case diary as well as other documents.

The case has been adjourned till February the 9th next year for hearing.
