Governor Seriake Dickson stated this shortly after he presented a Staff of Office to the Pere of Tarakiri Kingdom in Toru-Orua, Sagbama Council Area of Bayelsa State.

Governor Dickson presented the staff of office to the Pere of Tarakiri Kingdom, Richardford Orukarebai Koroye.
