Nigeria will face South Africa, Seychelles and Libya in Group E of the 2019 Afcon qualifiers.
The Super eagles failed to qualify for the 2015 and 2017 editions, a situation which Emeghara reckons will not be tolerated by fans should it happen again.
The former Steau Bucharesti star represented Nigeria at the 2008 Afcon in Ghana.
