The Nigerian customs officer declared wanted by the agency has turned himself in for investigation.
Yola Babakiri Ibrahim was the third officer linked with the 661 pump-action rifles intercepted in Lagos state on Monday.
The first two customs officers arrested in connection with the arms seizure are still being investigated for allegedly clearing the ammunition-laden container, at the Apapa Port.
Abdullah and Inah also turned themselves in on Wednesday.
All three indicted officers have now been transferred to the Customs headquarters in Abuja.
