Nigeria should look after cattle in a modern way by establishing controlled grazing pastures and cattle should be confined therein. All cattle farmers must be compelled to conform. The benefits deriving from the program are many. The cattle will be more productive when they would not have to travel long distances to feed and cattle diseases can be better controlled.
