Coach Gernot Rohr says the Super Eagles being the underdogs ahead of their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against African champions Cameroon will be to Nigeria’s favour.
The Eagles are top of Group B on six points, with Cameroon four points adrift in second.
Rohr did point out, Cameroon players being together for two months as a team, has seen them progress. But he insists this will not be an edge for Hugo Broos’ men in August
Before then, the eagles will confront South Africa in a 2019 Africa cup of nations qualifier in June.

The German confirmed planned friendly matches for the eagles against top teams.
