Members of the Ahmed Makarfi faction of the Peoples Democratic Party had to change the venue of a crucial stakeholders meeting to the Ekiti State Governor’s Lodge in Abuja.
This was after policemen barricaded the entrance to the International Conference Centre,the former venue for the meeting
The party members deliberated on the outcome of the Port harcourt Appeal court which upheld the leadership of Ali Modu Sheriff as the chairman of the party.
TVC Correspondent Dooshima Abu reports that the development no doubt poses another setback towards reconciling the two factions .
