A FCT High Court, sitting in Maitama, Abuja, has ordered the National Sports Commission (NSC) to pay N9. 9 million to three companies for items supplied it.
The companies are Zeminex Nigeria Ltd, Micnovos Nigeria Ltd and B.N Donager Ltd.
Justice Jude Okeke held that the defendant, NSC, did not deny the award of the contracts for the supply of the items to the plaintiffs, but contended that the contract was not executed.
