Supporters of Senator representing Borno South, Ali Ndume have shutdown the National Assembly main gate over his suspension for six-months with vehicles and workers barred from entering the complex through the front gate.
Speaking with TVC News National Assembly Correspondent Sumner Sambo, they demand the immediate but unconditional reversal of Ndume’s suspension through a ten-point Agenda that they read out.
The protesting crowd kept growing as they make their demands for the immediate reversal of Senator Ali Ndume’s suspension through a ten-point prayer.
The gates remain barricaded and no one comes out to attend to the protesters who maintain that Senator Ndume was unjustly suspended for six-months.
They described the procedures for Ndume’s suspension as vindictive asking Senate President Bukola Saraki to urge his colleagues to reverse the suspension or risk an impeachment.
