An Abuja High Court has ordered the DSS to produce former Benue state Governor, Gabriel Suswam in court, to answer to criminal charges preferred against him and 2 others.
Suswam, and 2 others are being accused of diverting more than 9 billion naira, meant for police reform programme, Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme.
The funds were allegedly diverted between 2012 and 2015 while Suswam was Benue state governor.
The Judge has moved the case till May the 11th.
