An application to have the acting chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes commission, Ibrahim Magu and all former heads of the anti-graft agency investigated has failed at a Federal Capital Territory High Court.
The application was struck out on the grounds that the applicants lacked the locus standi to compel Nigeria’s Attorney-General, to investigate them.
The plaintiffs, George Uboh and George Uboh Whistle-blower Network, claimed that the past EFCC bosses were fraudulent, and refused to account for recovered monies.
All former EFCC chairpersons, and the current acting chairman were listed as defendants.
