Ethiopian Airlines says it is landing a brand new Airbus 8350 aircraft at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja this Tuesday to mark the reopening of the airport slated for Wednesday.
The Airline’s Traffic and Sales Manager, said the aircraft was going to land in Abuja in its first day of operation from Addis Ababa, adding that the aircraft would remain on the Abuja route.
She disclosed that this would mark the first time an airbus aircraft would land in Abuja.
Earlier, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria announced that the Abuja Airport, was ready for use beginning from Monday.
The Managing Director of FAAN, Saleh Dunoma, said all repairs had been inspected.
