The management of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA, Lagos has blamed power surge for the early morning inferno that gutted the Commercial department of the Federal Airport Authority, FAAN.
The officials said the inferno was caused by power surge from FAAN office on the second floor of the agency’s building early Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, eyewitness said firefighters put out the fire before any damage was done.
