The National Assembly has pledged to foster a new working relationship
with the presidency.
The agreement to a ceasefire by both arms of Government, was reached after the National Chairman of the ruling, All Progressives Congress met with APC Senate caucus.
TVC News National Assembly Correspondent Sumner Sambo who monitored the over two hours peace meeting reports that the party asked all arms of government to respect each other and directed all appointees never to disregard parliament.
They also resolved to focus on governance as the party gets set to mark two years in power next month.
