A second suspect sought by France in the wake of the Champs Elysees attack has turned himself in to Belgium Belgian Police this Friday.
But Authorities say it is too early to say if the man was linked to the shooting or not.
Meanwhile, Residents in and around CHAMPS-ELYSEES have now been evacuated after a policeman was killed and two others wounded.
The Paris Prosecutor’s office named the attacker as Karim Cheurfi.
