South Africa’s governing party has again thrown its weight behind President Jacob Zuma, despite numerous calls from civil society, party allies and veterans for him to resign.
Top officials of the Party held a meeting on Wednesday and resolved that Zuma remains ANC president and only the party can decide to remove him.
