Super Eagles Manager, Gernot Rohr, has revealed that Vincent Enyeama would have been in his team but for the problems the goalkeeper is having with the Nigeria Football Federation.
OSC Lille goalkeeper Enyeama quit the national team in 2015 after a row with former coach Sunday Oliseh.
Rohr has since stated that the door is open for the 34-year-old to return to the Super Eagles.
The German tactician has long voiced his desires to see Enyeama return to the team following his fine form for Lille and the fitness issues of current first choice Carl Ikeme.
But he has failed in his bid to bring him out of retirement.
Enyeama has 101 caps for Nigeria.
