A court of Appeal in Lagos has fixed July the 5th for hearing on the stay of proceedings on the application seeking final forfeiture of Patience Jonathan’s 5.8 million dollars to the federal government.
Her lawyer Mike Ozekhome made this known to the federal high court in Lagos while arguing the court’s lack of jurisdiction in the matter since it has been duly transferred the Appeal Court.
