Six students of Lagos State Model College, Igbonla were on Thursday abducted by unidentified gunmen.
This was after the Lagos State Police Command foiled a kidnap attempt at the College just yesterday ( Wednesday).
It was gathered that the suspected kidnappers attempted to gain entrance into the school premises through the rear-fence by firing gunshots to scare the students but policemen on guard were able to intercept them and called for reinforcement.
But security sources said that six school students were abducted this Thursday morning.
