A Nigerian technology service provider has developed a multi-bank Customer Address Verification (CAV) solution.
The product is expected to help automate, simplify and reduce the cost associated with the customer address verification processes.
The firm’s Managing Director, Wilfred Ayisire, said the service providers work with multiple banks, and require large back-office workforce.
He said the CAV software is specially designed to reduce the workload and high costs. He urged young Nigerians to develop the best software solutions for Africa to tackle the continent’s challenges, because they invariably face the greatest of life’s challenges.
“This software was designed to address the day-to-day human resource and technical challenges of providing customer address verification services to my clients. I am optimistic that this solution will greatly enhance the volume, quality and turnaround time of other vendors as well. The software is so robust that it can be used by any company offering address verification services even outside the financial services sector,” Ayisire said.
