The Federal Government has been advised not to depend totally on the effectiveness of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and laws of the land in wiping out corruption in Nigeria, as the battle is beyond the ordinary.

The Ogun State Overseer of the Deeper Christian life Ministry, Edison Daminabo made this known at Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, while speaking on a nation that has been placed on ‘Absolute Triumph’.

The cleric said Nigeria and those piloting the affairs of the nation need spiritual cleansing and divine healing from God to clean them and their hearts from corruption and that the sense of greed in them is beyond the ordinary.

He said the church is now on a mission of bringing God to governance, as majority of true Christians find it difficult to play partisan politics, due to the high level corruption but with divine intervention,  the country will get back on track again.
