This road provides access to Ijegun, Ije Odoodo and Isheri Osun to link Apapa- Oworonshoki express way, through Jakande Estate, Isolo.
With the construction of this road , which includes two bridges at Isheri Osun and Ailegun Junction, the Lagos state government has decongested traffic at the ever busy Ikotun Junction and addressed perennial flood challenges.
Representing the Lagos state governor at the inauguration was the commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Wasiu Anifowose.
Anifowose urged the residents to continue to support the Akinwunmi Ambode administration as more dividends of democracy were on the way.
