Amba addressed a group in Yenagoa, protesting over corruption allegations leveled against George Turnah, a former Special Adviser to the immediate past Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission.

Ovieteme George reports that  arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Thursday, May the 25th, George Turnah has not been seen in public since then.

The anti-graft agency is yet to make a statement, but this group has taken to major roads of Yenagoa, expressing anger over the matter.

Meanwhile, associates of the embattled kolo-born former special Adviser to the NDDC managing director has described the allegations on social media as false and intended to Tar George Turnah with the brush of corruption.

George Turnah is seeking bail and the discharge of an interim order forfeiture in response to an EFCC application to freeze and seize his property.

He is demanding and apology, retraction and payment of 100 million each from Ishaq Salihu of the anti-graft agency zonal Headquarters and one Bodmas Kemepadei, a social media critics.
