Image result for ikoyi house loot Justice Muslim Hassan of the federal high court  in Lagos has ordered the forfeiture of 13 billion naira found in a Lagos apartment in April to the Nigerian government.

The National Intelligence Agency  had laid claim to the cash haul of  $43.5 million, £27,800 and N23.2 million hidden inside Apartment 7B at Osborne Towers, Ikoyi.

But counter claims of ownership caused Justice Hassan to give a 14 day window for anyone interested in the funds to appear before him to prove why the money should not be permanently forfeited to the Federal Government.
