The Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA has expressed concern about the increasing number of beggars and prostitutes in the Nation’s capital.
Acting Secretary of the Secretariat, Irene Elegbede, says all efforts to curb the activities of Beggars and Prostitutes is being frustrated by cartels.
She charged FCT residents to join hands with government towards achieving the Federal Capital’s design.
