A fire incident has occurred at the house of a former chief of General Staff, retired General Oladipo Diya in Ikeja area of Lagos, South-west Nigeria.
As at the time of filing this report, firefighters battled to extinguish the blaze at the house which is located at Adekunle Fajuyi way, GRA.
A combined team of military men and men of the Lagos state Emergency Agency, LASEMA are on ground to prevent people from the scene of the fire.
The cause of the inferno is still unknown.
