Former minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro has debunked reports that he has officially dumped his party for the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The former minister had during a town hall meeting organised by the Senator representing Lagos Central, Senator Oluremi Tinubu said in the presence of other APC leaders that his presence at that meeting signifies that he is back with his people and back to stay.
“That I am here today is to express that I am here with you and I am here to stay, God bless you. Thank you,” Obanikoro said.
But in a series of tweets from his handle @MObanikoro, Obanikoro said whatever the future holds politically for him and his followers will be openly done and seen by all. He urged everyone to disregard his rumoured defection.
