President Buhari made the reward at a reception on Wednesday for the gold winning D’Tigress at the Presidential Villa.
Wearing green blazers and and their medals round their necks, the players presented the trophy they won in Mali to President Buhari.
The President received them ahead of the Federal Executive Council meeting.
The Sports Minister Solomon Dalung had received the team on Tuesday.
