After much pressure and criticisms, had been heaped on the U.S president for keeping quiet about the Charlottesville attack, Donald Trump has finally condemned racism.
He referred to members of KKK, Neo Nazis, white supremacists and other hate groups as Criminals and thugs.
He said this at an event on Monday after much pressure was mounted on him by Republicans and Democrats over the weekend.
Trump added that the victims in Charlottesville “embody the goodness and decency of the Nation.
When asked by by reporters after why he waited so long to condemn these hate groups by name, he did not respond.
