The Court of Appeal Kaduna Division has dismissed an Appeal filed by the Former Governor of Katsina state, Ibrahim Shehu Shema.
The former Governor has rushed to the Appeal Court in Kaduna challenging the ruling of a Katsina state High Court delivered on 21 of February 2017.
Shema and 3 others were challenging the Jurisdiction of the Katsina state High Court trying them on financial crimes related offences.
The penal of five Justice was chaired by A.G. Mshelia, and the lead Judgement was delivered by H.A.O. Abiru.
