Ride-hailing service Uber, says it will stop operating in the Canadian province of Quebec from October.
Reports say Uber is pulling out to avoid tough new regulations.
Taxi operators in Quebec have often opposed Uber’s presence in the province, sometimes blocking traffic during protests in Montreal.
Uber employs more than 50 office workers in the province, where more than 10,000 drivers have worked for the company.
