The Senator representing Bauchi Senatorial District, Isah Misau is to be re-arraigned before Justice Anwuli Chike of the Federal High Court in Abuja on ten-count charges of engaging in forgery.
The Senator was in court this Tuesday but was not arraigned because his lawyer drew the attention of the Judge to an omission on the charge sheet.
The charge sheet did not bear the mandatory seal of the Nigerian Bar Association thereby making it defective.
The court thereafter adjourned the matter till December twelve to enable the prosecution do the needful.

Senator Misau has been in a raging battle with the Inspector General of Police over claims of corruption, financial impropriety and abuse of office which he leveled against the police chief.
