The Nigerian government has been advised to invest in improving technical education in the country.
Teh call was made as the joint professional and training support international trained more than 400 youths in various technical skills.
The convener of the programme Christopher Imumolen noted that there would be a dearth in technical workers and artisans in the country giving rise to the use of foreign expatriates .
He added that the local content policy of the Buhari administration will not succeed if the government continues to pay lip service to Skill acquisition.

Beneficiaries of the programme also called for government support in supporting entrepreneurs.
