Nurses and midwives are calling for a review of Nigeria’s midwifery scheme that will enable them to be more effective in service delivery.
They made the call at the launch of the United Nations new module for nurses and Midwives in Abuja on Monday.
The new module addresses clinical management of patients, with regards to adolescent sexual reproductive health and youth friendly services.
These they say have been identified as key areas for state and community development health service delivery.
