House member, Yusuf Tajudeen raised this at Tuesday’s plenary, where he noted that some high ranking officials in the Defence ministry, are allegedly involved in the scam.
The House later resolved to mandate its committees on Defence, Army and Public Procurement, to carry out a comprehensive investigation on the matter and report back in two weeks.
