Head Coach of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, wants former Nigerian striker, Victor Agali, as his Chief Scout going to the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Rohr, who guided the Eagles to qualify for the tournament with one match remaining noted that Agali’s contribution to the campaign was priceless.
The striker helped the Coach with opposition scouting and Nigerian player identification all through the World Cup African qualifiers.
Agali played under Rohr at French club, OGC Nice in the 2004-2005 season.
It is understood that Rohr could need more former internationals in a quest for a good performance at Russia 2018.
I believe for the first Nigeria has hired a Coach(Foreign Technical Adviser) that knows want he wants. I wish Mr Rohr and Nigeria a record breaking world Cup success in Russia 2018, in Jesus name, Ameeeeeen.
