The upper house has no choice than to obey the court. The only thing is that it had taken the court long time to take decision on the matter. But not withstanding Udume will collect all his salary and allowances. I wish both houses will know that they don’t have any right to suspend any legislator from the house. it is only that these legislators don’t want to learn their lesson or the legal unit of the legislature refused to call their attention to the rule of law pertaining to suspension of its members. God bless Nigeria.
