The Nigerian Armed Forces says it has the ability to contain any threat by the militant group, Niger Delta Avengers.
Chief Of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas said this at the Nigerian Naval Engineering College in Sapele, Delta State shortly after a similar facility tour of the Logistics Command in Oghara and Central Naval Command in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State Capital.
