Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has condemned the attack on the Olu of Igbokoda, Oba Odidiomo Ayowole, describing it as unwarranted and an assault on the traditional stool.
The Governor’s condemnation was contained in a statement issued by the Commissioner for Information, Yemi Olowolabi.
Oba Odidiomo Ayowole was attacked by some hoodlums last week at Igbokoda while attending a family meeting.

Akeredolu has directed security agencies in the state to ensure the arrest and prosecution of the people responsible for the attack on the monarch.
