A non-governmental organization has decried the continuous detention of former National Security Adviser, Col Sambo Dasuki(Rtd).
The Citizens Initiative for Security Awareness (CISA) insists that rather than government flagrantly flouting court orders to release him on bail, Dansuki should be given the opportunity to state his own side of the story in a court of law.
Dasuki was arrested and detained on the orders of the Federal Government on Dec 28 2015.
The reason for his arrest and detention was that he misappropriated funds while in office as the National Security Adviser.
